　　In September,2009, CBPM-KEBA service management system reached the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and passed the examination and certification of BVQI（Bureau Verities Quality International）, an international authority organization. The certificate number is 202625. The establishment of customer service quality management system has not only helped to set up a new platform for better management, but also laid a solid foundation for the company to transform from extensive to intensive management.
