We have established 31 repair centers in Bejing, Shanghai, Tianjing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Feshan, Xiamen, Fuzhou, Quanzhou, Kunming, Chongqing, Chengdu, Nanjing, Wuxi, Suzhou, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Wenzhou, Nanchang, Xi’an, Lanzhou, Changsha, Dalian, Shenyang, Jinan, Qingdao, Wuhan, Yichang, Haerbin, Urumchi and open a service hotline: 800-810-1725, which can provide 7*24 hours technical support and scene service. Technician will firstly diagnose the reported malfunction remotely, then define how to solved it. If it is a simple malfunction our technician will solve it remotely; if it needs on site service we will arrange the engineers to solve it on site to ensure the equipment to operate at the shortest time.
In reducing the overall times of repairing and improving the equipment operation of the year, we provide PM Service (Preventative Maintenance), which could reduce the malfunction times by maintaining parts regularly. We also offer a “module maintenance” that is we will change the whole module for the customer instead of repair the broken part. For this reason we built large scale spare parts warehouse in 5 major areas and many substantial modules and parts are also been stored in every repair center.
We provide different level of training for different customers to let them know more information about our machine and use it.
·On site training:
After the installation of the equipment, it is our engineer’s responsibility to train the operator from bank, it includes: the method of changing the cryptograph, routine operation, power on/off, balance, install print paper, operational notices, the method of handling extra money or short of money.
·Junior Operator Training
We provide different training for different equipment operators, the training includes: routine operation, replenishment, changing print paper, changing ribbon, clear the cash in cassette etc.
·Senior Operator Training
We provide Senior Operator Training according to the customer’s request, the training includes: system introduction, diagnose test, assembling and unassembling of each module, maintenance of each module, solving simple malfunction, software installation, to enhance the capability of solving problems and scene maintenance.
To ensure the communication between customers and us, customer service department will report the equipment current use status and maintenance statistic to the customer monthly and quarterly, to help customers managing the equipment, the report includes: reacting time, equipment repair time, malfunction status, malfunction reason, solving measure, solving consequence, and changing spare parts, etc. and also some timely suggestions and measures.
